Should I book my camping gear in advance?

We recommend booking your camping equipment at least 24 hours before the start of your rental period to ensure availability. This can easily be done through our website. If you find yourself needing to book on shorter notice, don’t worry—just give us a call or send us an email. We’re here to help and will do our best to accommodate your needs!

What is the minimum rental period for camping gear?

Our minimum rental period is three days. This means that the minimum charge for any rental is equivalent to a three-day use of the equipment.

What happens if the rental equipment is damaged during my use?

We understand that normal wear and tear are part of the rental experience and is included in your rental rate. However, if the equipment returns with rips, tears, excessive dirt or stains, or missing parts, additional charges will apply. These fees cover the costs of repairs or, if necessary, replacement of the damaged items.
